Helping others is something that I am passionate about and find very fulfilling. With a degree in Applied Sports Science, coaching qualifications and practice, safety and wellbeing certifications and plenty of triathlon experience myself, I believe I am well-equipped to help you achieve your triathlon goals, whether you are looking to run your first 5km or are aiming to qualify for the World Championships. FOR ALL LEVELS
> Receive your training plan every 4 weeks
> I am available to answer any questions or concerns but no planned check-ins or reviews
> Good for: athletes that just want a plan to follow to provide structure in their training; athletes that are independent and can take ownership of their training; athletes that don't need the extra support and advice from a coach but don't know how to create their own training plan
FLEXI
FOR ALL LEVELS
> Receive your training plan every 2-4 weeks, depending on your preference
> Check-in with me every 2-4 weeks, depending on your preference
> Pre-race goal-setting and post-race debrief
> Good for: athletes that want/need a full-time coach but also want a bit of flexibility; athletes that need extra guidance and advice but can keep themselves accountable to get the training done
FIRST CLASS
FOR ALL LEVELS
> Receive your training plan each week
> Training will be reviewed each week and the plan may be modified accordingly
> Weekly check-in with me
> Mental skills training and dietary advice possible
> Pre-race goal-setting and post-race debrief
> Good for: athletes that want/need the support and guidance of a full-time coach; athletes that want to take their performance to the next level
